You understand and agree that Fulwell Entertainment may be developing projects and/or intellectual property that are similar or identical to unsolicited submissions (whether in whole or in part) and Fulwell Entertainment accepts no obligation or liability with respect to the same, nor any kind of fiduciary or other obligation or liability in relation to unsolicited submissions and/or the persons who submit them.
