Following the production of the LA28 handover ceremony at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games Closing Ceremony—featuring Tom Cruise and performances from Billie Eilish, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Snoop Dogg, and H.E.R.—Ben Winston has been named Executive Producer and Creative Director for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Los Angeles, alongside Executive Producer Scott Givens.

Together, Winston and Givens will lead the creative vision and production of all four ceremonies, bringing the Olympic and Paralympic Games back to Los Angeles in 2028.
