Fulwell 73 and SpringHill Co. have officially completed their merger, uniting under the Fulwell Entertainment banner. Led by partners Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, James Corden, Ben Turner, Gabe Turner, Maverick Carter, and LeBron James, Fulwell Entertainment brings together a portfolio spanning television, film, documentaries, live events, branded content, and consumer brands.

The newly formed company includes Fulwell, SpringHill, Jesse Collins Entertainment, Uninterrupted, The Shop, and Robot, with offices across Los Angeles, New York, London, and Sunderland. The partnership expands Fulwell Entertainment's reach across scripted and unscripted content, documentaries, live events, and brand partnerships.
